This is just a crazy time of year for everyone. It seems to get crazier the older the kids get. So here are some pictures from November. We had our first snow late this year, it didn't come until middle of November. The remnants are still here, but slowly melting away. Hopefully we'll receive more before Christmas. One of my favorite things, white Christmas'.
The girls were so excited about the snow. Every time we go outside we can hardly keep them from playing/stomping/eating snow.
We were looking for something to do so I got our craft cart out and found pipe cleaners and jingle bells. We created bracelets. They had a great time with them. Madison being inventive put them on as anklets.
My little gypsy girl.
Thanksgiving Day was kind of crazy this year. Scott had to work that morning, so poor Donna (Grammy) did the majority of the cooking (turkey/stuffing/rolls). The girls and I hung out at home, took a late shower and even got some curls in their hair. Then off to Grammy and Grampy's we went. Bret, Janet, Donelle, Blaine, Tammie, Scott, myself and the girls made the party. We had a great time.
The girls have started to watch movies (well parts of movies). So we brought Barbie Island Princess to watch. Grampy was nice enough to let the girls watch in lieu of the football game. A little after it started the girls were off playing, and Grampy switched it back to the football game. Audrey had a melt down. They may not be watching it but they like to listen to the music. Scott had just calmed her down when he came around the corner to see that Grampy had given in and put the movie on. I think the girls have Grampy wrapped around their little fingers.
Audrey and her prize movie hanging out with Uncle Bret.
Donelle says, "Zoie looks mean and serious when she eats". So we start giggling.
But she was right don't you think.
Me and the girls enjoying pie. Audrey didn't like any of them, she preferred to play with them. Madison ate a couple bites, but Zoie if not watched carefully would probably devour all the pies.
Audrey playing with her pies.
Getting ready to go see Santa and get our pictures taken.
