More Pictures

It's late and I can't think of a catchy title at the moment. So here are some more chronological pictures for your viewing pleasure.

April 21

Audrey doesn't look happy, but when she sees someone that she knows she runs to them while crying. Then she grabs onto your legs and cries until you pick her up or distract her with something else. And don't you just love those jellies.

I don't remember what Madison what pouting about, but I'm sure it had to do something with someone stealing one of her toys. Again love the jellies.

Here's Zoie on top of what is usually their laundry basket. They love to play with clothes and shoes, it must be an instinct we (girls) are born with. Anywho, this was taken prior to her trying out a small wading pool And unfortunately she don't fit in her jellies anymore, but thank goodness we had those crocs.

So after Zoie decided to go wading, I took off her clothes and drenched diaper and let her run nakie. But the funny thing was she still didn't like the feel of grass on her feet, but when she wanted to sit down, the grass didn't seem to be problem. What a funny baby. She now loves to run around barefoot.

April 22

The weather was wonderful as was the day before. Therefore, we were able to leave out this small little tub with water, and the next day is was warm. It was the first thing the girls went for. As you can tell, mommy wasn't prepared (no swimmer diapers or swimsuits, but I have those now). So needless to say the clothes and diapers had to come off. I was amazed at the amount of liquid the diapers could hold.

Zoie swimming all natural and loving it. (Yes those of you who may worry, of course they were covered with sunscreen from head to toe)

The funny thing, was the fact that they didn't really pee with their diapers off. They didn't poop at all. They were diaper free for at least an hour. So who knows maybe potty training won't be so bad (ha, ha, ha).

May 2

I know big gap in pictures. Well the weather turned crappy and lately when I've been inside I haven't even thought about the camera. The girls do cute stuff all the time, and of course by the time I get to the camera they have moved on to something else. Anyway, in addition to that Scott and I have been working next door. We have been having to do it in shifts. So it is getting taken care of little by little. Which this also contributes to no pictures. To busy trying to fit everything in. We have started painting some of the house and we have some drywall and tile repair to do in the bathroom and then the we can clean out all the tools and get to the main painting.

Well enough about us. Here are some recent pictures of the girls. I'm not sure when (I think late January or early February), Billie Weston (sister-in-law) was in Washington for a work thing and made a detour to the Carter store. She has officially banned herself from there since there are just too many cute things to choose from. The outfits the girls have on are one of the sets that she picked up. I don't think I got a good shot of the butt, but there is an applique on one cheek to match the pattern on the jacket (heart for hearts, flower for flowers and cherry for cherries).

May 4

This was just after breakfast so no make-up and still in my pajamas. If only I could get someone to get me up and dress me and feed me in the morning wouldn't that be great. Okay I don't really think so, but here is Madison and me have a good laugh in the morning.

Again Zoie and her many faces. She just makes some of the greatest expressions.

I think she was a little full from breakfast. We had home-made french toast sticks and milk for breakfast. Of course they had syrup on them, made them sticky and yummy. Daddy was the cook for the morning. And did the girls ever love it.

Okay, daddy was taking the pictures and he didn't happen to shoot any of Audrey, so sorry sweetheart no pictures of you today. I'll throw in a couple extra for tomorrow.

May 5

Today was absolutely beautiful. Warm with a slight breeze and an occasional cloud. I ran some errands in the morning, so daddy played with the girls. Then of course off to work he goes and then I had them in the afternoon. So there are mixture of daddy/mommy pictures in here.

As you can see here daddy has them hard at work find and picking weeds.

Okay maybe it was just dandelions, but only they will ever know.

Madison as usual had to give it a taste test. I don't think she liked it to much.

Audrey our little inquiring mind had to study whatever it was that she picked.

Then there's Zoie just doing her own thing, oh wait camera cute pose.

After all that hard work, Madison found the closest seat to her a bat.

This was after I got home just before nap time. Scott is watch this, Zoie takes the ball and when Baxter comes to get it, she hides her head. And wouldn't you know he happened to catch her in action.

This was after nap time. I was teasing Audrey with the camera so I could get her to come to me and look at me. I have a lot of shots of her backside, but very few of her front. And she almost has a smile.

Not only does she control the slide she now controls the book.

This was shortly before we went inside. I finally got the girls to look at me in one shot on the bench that Grandma Donna got them for Easter.
