We slept pretty good, the girls didn't raid our bed until 4 or 5 am this time!
We walked down the road and explored some of the areas where the creek runs off into the woods and creates a calm mossy stream. This was the area that I stomped off in and found a couple handfuls of wild raspberries (yum!).
So all in all the trip was a wild success, although this would be the 1st and last trip for 2010. With winter on the way, the rest of our Fall was taken up with getting things buttoned down around the house for the snow and freezing temperatures that are on their way. Well that and a couple of times we got absolutely hammered with a cold/flu virus that took us all out for the better part of a week (maybe 2).
Just too cute for comments! I especially love the action photo of Zoie throwing the rock into the creek. That is pretty good photography catching even the rock in the air! Nice work! These are darling photos and it looks like they were having a wonderful time enjoying the outdoors! Can't wait to see you all.

We'll have the Halloween pix posted by Christmas (2011)... probably.
ReplyDeleteBrad! What are you doing on this site?!?
ReplyDeleteYou two settle down; I'm pretty sure that they will post the Halloween pictures sooner than Christmas of next year.
ReplyDeleteNow this is just enough silliness; I demand that it stop this instant!
ReplyDeleteok, now that was silly.
